Ever wish you could sing a song to really show the world how you feel? Maybe driving in your car on a certain day, you have felt that way. Ever loved someone so much that you wished there was just the love song to say it all? A love song written just for them. Well, even though many of us are not song writers and professional singers, there is something just for us that I discovered from texting with one of my 2020 brides, Amanda. Amanda found a way to share her love for her husband Kevin on their first anniversary. She contracted a song writer she liked through Song Finch to use lyrics she started. They created and record a song just for them. She shared the style of music she knew he would appreciate, and she shared her feelings for him, and the song was created! I checked in to see how it went, and Amanda replied, "Oh my goodness. He Cried. I cried. He hasn't stopped listening to it. It was SO beautiful."

I asked how she shared this song. It was one thing to have it created (✓ for thoughtfulness), but next is delivery! She said she had it recorded on vinyl and played it for him their anniversary night while their were staying at the Lennox in Boston, where their wedding was originally supposed to be held). They slow danced to the song and half way through, Kevin realized the lyrics were about them, so he listened to it over and over. She then shared the video she created for him. Amanda! I knew Kevin was a sweetheart when he contacted me to photograph their surprise engagement, but Amanda really delivered on the anniversary.
