Stephanie & Chris's Anniversary Shoot at Pineland Farms
Stephanie and Chris had their first date 9 years ago and in July they celebrated their 7th anniversary! Stephanie wanted a shoot to celebrate them and she wanted it to be in nature. Their first date was a hike in Orono where Crhis was going to school. He planned out the date, cooked chicken for chicken wraps and the date went well. Stephanie drove up from Cape Cod to check him out, preferring to meet him in his area versus him coming to her. When I asked Stephanie if she knew that day that Chris was the one, she went "...ehh". I laughed. I mean she did hang out with him for a long time that day. I said Chris what did you do to win her over?! More stories came after that. He took his time is what he did. So she could see all and learn all that he had to offer.
When I asked Stephanie how she picked out her outfit. She said she went shopping but nothing stood out to her. So she picked out an outfit Chris had got her a few years before. It looked stellar.
Going from a first date, to two years of dating to seven years of marriage, and (2 boys you don't see at this time!), it is awesome to remember where the love started and how much it has grown over the years. Isn't this what we all want!
