One of my favorite memories of Cameron and Dan's wedding was of a gift exchange before the ceremony. It was early in the afternoon, Cameron was getting ready in her suite with her bridesmaids, mom and sister. Dan had a gift sent over to her which when she opened she burst into tears. She knew the memory and the significance. The rest of the room stood there waiting to understand but feeling along with her. He had framed a paper cut out heart she had made for him on a Valentines Day years before when they were dating at Dartmouth College. I thought that was truly a heartfelt gift. I believe there may have been earrings in there as well, but honestly I don't remember that part. I recall her sharing with everyone how on their first Valentine's Day together she had snuck into his dorm room and had covered it with paper cut out hearts. He had saved one of them and that is the best. A sincere gift not gone unnoticed and treasured.
Cameron and Dan reside in Brooklyn (one of my favorite places) and met me via a face time call after they had previewed the recommended vendors from the awesome staff at CBI. I photographed their engagement shoot in Brooklyn the April before their wedding on a warm spring day. The wedding consultations were carried out over a few phone calls and the day went off seamlessly.
My team and I have photographed multiple weddings and events at Chatham Bars Inn. Each are as awesome as the next. If you are interested in having me photograph at CBI for you please be in touch.
Happy event planning and enjoy a sample of images from us of Cameron and Dan's Wedding Day.
