Over the past year, I have grown increasingly concerned and aware of the changes in our environment and the impact of modern lifestyle on the planet. I began photographing underwater a few years ago and now that I am more conscious of environmental issues I am merging my work of water photography with the environmental issues that concern many of us by donating a portion of the proceeds from sales of underwater images and sessions Non-Profit Environment Organizations. I approached Patagonia Freeport and they graciously invited me to share my work at their next community event. Please come out and be a part of this event! See below for more details on the event.
Join me on Thursday, November 21, starting at 630pm, when Patagonia Freeport is presenting an evening dedicated to those who support our environment. Along with a host of outdoor enthusiasts, I will be sharing images from my water sessions. Here's a sneak preview!
This ongoing water series is created in appreciation for water, in all, it's life-giving properties and beauty. The series of water portraits are available for fine art purchases in photo prints and large metal prints.
20% of profits from these series will go to a charitable organization, to help preserve and maintain the integrity of water for all. It is my goal to raise $1,000 to donate to any of these four important NPO's.
