We tried this day, we really did! This day was supposed to be the best of the weekend, until 24 hours before. I texted with Ashley, the mom, the day before knowing they were flying into Portland that day. We moved the shoot several times and an hour before the shoot we confirmed we would give it a go. Just as we met in the parking lot, which they happened to score prime parking right by the lighthouse, the rain began. On a positive note, I finally got to use my umbrellas I bought for shoots a few years back! The girls loved the umbrellas. We ended up rescheduling for the following evening and got a few more photos, with an actual sunset. More to come soon!
